Please join the Women in Energy program for a lunch and roundtable discussion with Ms. Christine Nevin, Director of Business and Media Relations for Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses. Ms. Nevin will discuss her current job, career paths, and perspectives on what it means to be a female leader in the energy industry as well as possible job opportunities with Con Edison. This event is only open to current female grad students. Since space is limited, RSVPs will be accepted on a first-come basis until capacity is reached. For more information contact: jem2245@sipa.columbia.edu *** Biography Christine Nevin serves as Business and Media Relations Director of Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses, Inc. (CEB) and its subsidiaries, including Con Edison Development, Con Edison Energy, and Con Edison Solutions. In more than 30 years in the energy industry, Ms. Nevin has worked in both the regulated utility and competitive segments of the energy business. She has been with the Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses since 1998. Ms. Nevin previously served in a number of capacities of increasing responsibility at Con Edison Company of New York including Account Executive, Energy Services Marketing Manager, and Customer Service Manager. Ms. Nevin received her BA in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College and has participated in advanced management programs at Emory University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She serves on the New York City Investment Fund. A member of the Junior League of Brooklyn, Ms. Nevin served as a director of the Association of Junior Leagues International and was a member of the Board of Trustees and Vice President of the Alumni Advisory Council for Marymount Manhattan College.
