Our research helps the energy industry retain talent.
Several emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs) have taken policy steps in recent years to increase the share of women on companies’ boards of directors.
Women in Energy has been instrumental in my career development at Columbia SIPA. When I arrived, unsure of opportunities in the energy sector, WIE provided support from the start.
It’s impact has been transformative, shaping my career and I’m grateful for the opportunities it opened and the supportive community it builds.
