Branding from the Inside-Out: Crafting Your Personal Leadership Mission with Valia Glytsis

Please join the Women in Energy program for an interactive leadership workshop on Crafting Your Personal Leadership Mission. A personal leadership brand is so much more than a logo, a tagline, a Linked In profile, a job title, a way of dressing. No matter your title, role, or scope – branding is a perpetual and conscious choice of aligning how you see yourself (or want to see yourself!) with how the world sees you. It’s defining what you stand for in a way that truly sets you apart. This session is all about you – distilling your leadership vision, your values and strengths, and your personal brand into a powerful mission statement that will serve as your anchor moving forward. During this session, Executive Coach & Leadership Trainer Valia Glytsis, will walk us through the practical and inspirational steps of crafting this leadership mission. This seemingly simple statement has the power to help you clear the clutter in your life, make conscious choices about what you say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to, decrease your overall stress, uplevel your confidence and conviction, and land whatever opportunity you are seeking next. Personal leadership is rooted in the art of making conscious choices – and this statement will be your compass as you navigate into “what’s next”. You will walk away inspired, stretched, and armed with a very practical toolkit for refining and applying your leadership statement. This event is open only to current female grad students.
