
Marketing Manager
Builders Patch
The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, content strategy, and engagement with key audiences. This role will lead content creation, campaigns, events, partnerships, and business development support with the opportunity to work on product and sales if interested. Develop and execute content strategy (blogs, videos, case studies) tailored to developers, lenders, and syndicators.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads). Oversee social media and industry engagement, growing Builders Patch’s presence. Plan and coordinate events, partnerships, and sponsorships to expand reach. Source RFPs & build presentations and brand messaging for sales and investor materials. Support Customer Advisory Board (CAB) initiatives and market insights.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, content strategy, or growth marketing (real estate, proptech, fintech, architecture, etc. a plus). Content creation and campaign management experience. Proven success in strategic partnerships. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams.
